Comedy Meets Cuisine: Dan Frigolette Headlines Dinner & Comedy Night at Pie’s On Pizzeria & Grill

Wilmington, NC — Pie’s On Pizzeria & Grill is serving up more than just handcrafted pizza this fall—they’re bringing an unforgettable night of food, drinks, and laughter to Wilmington.

On Sunday, November 23rd at 6:00 PM, the restaurant transforms into a comedy club for an exclusive Pizza & Comedy Fixe Menu Experience, headlined by nationally touring comedian Dan Frigolette.

For just $45, guests enjoy a full evening that combines dining and entertainment: a three-course meal (appetizer, pizza, and dessert) plus two drink tickets, followed by 90 minutes of stand-up comedy. Dinner service begins at 5:00 PM, with the comedy show starting promptly at 6:00 PM.

The comedy lineup is stacked with talent:

Dan Frigolette — Seen on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, The Wendy Williams Show, The Bob and Tom Show, Game Theory with Bomani Jones, and more, Frigolette is a sharp-witted, energetic comic who tours internationally but never forgets his small-town roots.

Blake Connolly — Winner of Charlotte’s Funniest, Connolly brings clever takes and southern charm to the stage.

Kyle Martinez — A rising comic known for his fresh perspective and playful delivery.

“This is the perfect night out,” says Frigolette. “You don’t have to choose between dinner and entertainment—we’re giving you both, back-to-back, in one spot. And honestly, who doesn’t want to laugh with a slice of pizza in hand?”

With limited seating and a one-night-only format that combines Wilmington’s love of local food with nationally recognized comedy talent, this event is expected to sell out quickly.
